Job Summary
A program that is designed to develop bench strength for Niagara's Maintenance Department. JMP will learn the skills and trade of a Niagara pm mechanic/shift mechanic through hands on training, OEM courses, and a designated mentor.
Detailed Description
+ Blower
+ Filler
+ Capper
+ Labeler
+ Packer
+ Palletizer
+ Conveyors
+ Husky Machine Maintenance and Operation
+ Ensure upkeep of the provided training manual and ensure it is signed off weekly by the Program Supervisor
+ Complete daily responsibilities assigned by the Program Supervisor and complete a daily checklist if provided
+ Throughout the program, be able to explain and demonstrate accomplishment of the learning objectives for each learning activity in both theory and practice.
+ Upon successful completion of the program, the team member will be placed into a full time position as either a Shift Mechanic or PM Mechanic.
